Science, Religion, and Society: An Encyclopedia of History, Culture, & Controversy, ME Sharpe, 2006.  Eisen edited with Gary Laderman, two-volume work with essays by Eisen and Laderman and leading world scholars in all areas of science and religion.

The Chronicle of Higher Education: Teaching Science with Faith in Mind, article on the challenges of teaching evolution in the science classroom Arri has written more than three dozen essays in science and religion issues for this magazine
